  7. 🍠 1 inch ginger
  8. 🍶 2 tbsp ghee
  9. 🧅 1/3 cup of chopped onion
  10. 🍚 ½ tsp sugar
  11. 🍶 3 tbsp yogurt
  12. 🌱 Curry leaves

For the Tempeh:

  1. 🥘 1 block of tempeh


  1. 🔥 Dry roast the Kashmiri chilies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, fennel seeds, and fenugreek seeds until aromatic.
