What information we collect
We collect personal information in three broad categories:
1. Device information (collected automatically)
- What we collect: browser type and version, operating system, IP address, time zone, referring URLs, pages viewed on our Site, search terms used, and how you interact with the Site.
- How we collect it: automatically via cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels.
- Why we collect it: to load the Site correctly, prevent fraud, perform analytics, and improve our products and Site experience.
- Who we share it with: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising attribution, and other analytics or advertising partners listed in the “Third-party services” section below.
2. Order information (collected from you)
- What we collect: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, payment information (processed by our payment gateways — we do not store full card details), and order history.
- How we collect it: directly from you when you place an order or create an account.
- Why we collect it: to fulfil your order, process payments, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and shipping updates, screen for fraud, and (with your consent) send marketing communications.
- Who we share it with: Shopify, our payment processors (Razorpay, Shopify Payments), shipping and fulfilment partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, India Post, and international couriers as applicable), and accounting/tax service providers.
3. Customer support information (collected from you)
- What we collect: the contents of your communications with us (email, contact form submissions, WhatsApp messages, social media messages) and any information you provide while seeking support.
- Why we collect it: to respond to your queries, provide brewing support, troubleshoot product issues, and improve our service.
- Who we share it with: our customer support tools and team only. We do not share customer support communications with marketing or advertising partners.
Children
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Third-party services we use
We share personal information with carefully selected service providers who help us operate our business. The main ones are:

We may also disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena or other lawful request, or to protect our legal rights.
Behavioural advertising
We use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. This includes:

Your rights under European law (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws to access, port, correct, update, and erase the personal information we hold about you. We process your personal information under one or more of the following lawful bases: your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (where they do not override your fundamental rights), and compliance with our legal obligations.
Personal information of EEA/UK/Swiss residents may be transferred outside Europe for storage and processing, including to India, Canada, and the United States. Such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights under California law (CCPA)

Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal and tax obligations (typically 7 years for transaction records under Indian law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Automated decision-making
We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. Our payment processor Shopify uses limited automated systems for fraud prevention (e.g. temporary blacklisting of suspicious IP addresses or cards), which does not have a legal effect on you.

A cookie is a small file that is downloaded to your device when you visit our Site. Cookies allow the Site to remember your actions and preferences (login state, region selection, cart contents) and help us understand how visitors use the Site.
