- 🍅 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 🧅 1 large Onion
- 🍄 1¼ cup finely chopped Mushrooms
- 🌱 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 🥄 1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 🥥 2 tsp Coconut Sugar
For the Lasagna Assembly:
- 🍝 Lasagna Sheets
- 🧅 Thinly sliced Onions
- 🧀 Cheese
- 🌱 Dried Oregano
- 🌿 Dried Basil
- 🌱 Parsley for garnish
Method:
- 🥣 Blend the tempeh to a coarse consistency. In a pan, add oil and sauté ginger-garlic paste, onions, and finely chopped mushrooms.
- 🥘 Add the crushed tempeh, soy sauce, fennel seeds to the pan. Add tomato puree, paprika, chili flakes, Italian spice mix, nutmeg powder, coconut sugar, and salt. Mix well.
