  • 1 tsp Oregano 🌿
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt ⚫
  • 1/2 tsp Salt ⚪
  • 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder 🥭
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder 🧄
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder 🧄
  • 1 tsp Sugar 🍚
  • 2 tbsp Oil 🛢️

🌱 For Tempeh Sticks:

  • Tempeh Slices 🌱

🍲 For Hummus:

  • 1 cup boiled Chickpea 🥣
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Paste 🍯
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves 🧄
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice 🍋
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil 🛢️
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 🌿
  • Salt as per taste 🧂

👩‍🍳 Method:

Tempeh_Slices_Coated_in_Spicy_Masala_Paste

  1. Mix all the spicy masala oil ingredients well in a bowl to prepare a spicy paste. Apply on both sides of the tempeh slices.
  2. Bake the tempeh in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins until crisp.
  3. Blend all the hummus ingredients into a smooth paste.
