Three simple ways to serve Lavender Kombucha: an easy chilled pour, a citrus-led cooler and an evening cocktail. Choose a glass, chill your bottle and add the fermented drink last to keep the fizz.

On the table
Try Lavender with a lemon cake, fresh fruit or an afternoon picnic.
Keep the fizz
Mix one glass at a time. Keep all ingredients cold, pour slowly and stir only once. Never shake a cocktail after adding kombucha or water kefir. Keep the remaining drink capped and refrigerated, following the bottle’s storage and best-before instructions.
Can I prepare these ahead?
Prepare the fruit and measure the still ingredients ahead. Add the ice and fermented drink just before serving so the glass stays lively and does not become watery.
Can I skip the wine or vodka?
Yes. Choose either of the first two recipes, which have no added spirits. Fermented drinks can still contain small amounts of alcohol, so “no added spirits” does not mean analytically alcohol-free.
Do I need extra sugar?
Start without it. Taste the finished drink before adjusting the lime or garnish; the bottle already has its own balance of sweetness and tang.
